Welcome to ASICREPAIR.in. By accessing our website, purchasing our spare parts, or shipping equipment to our repair facility, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review these terms carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website (asicrepair.in), contacting us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, or shipping equipment to our facility, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
ASICREPAIR.in provides the following services for cryptocurrency mining hardware:
- Repair Services: Hashboard repair, control board repair, PSU repair, and full unit diagnostics for Antminer, Whatsminer, and Avalon series miners.
- Preventive Maintenance: Ultrasonic cleaning, thermal paste reapplication, fan servicing, and general inspection.
- Spare Parts: Sale of genuine and compatible replacement parts including stabilisers, silencers, PSU units, control boards, thermal paste, power cables, shrouds, and cleaning kits.
3. Repair Terms & Diagnostics
- Initial Diagnostic: All repair estimates are subject to our hands-on hardware diagnosis. If additional faults are discovered during chip-level repair, we will seek your approval before proceeding with additional work.
- Turnaround Estimates: Standard turnaround is 48–72 hours from device arrival. Large batches or rare component replacements may extend this timeframe, which we will communicate proactively.
- No Guarantee of Repairability: Some devices may be beyond economical repair. If we determine that repair costs would exceed ~60% of the device's replacement value, we will notify you and provide options before proceeding.
- Diagnostic Fee: A non-refundable diagnostic fee may apply for devices that are inspected but not repaired. This will be communicated prior to shipment.
4. Equipment Handling & Storage
- Shipping Liability: Customers are responsible for packing and shipping their miners safely. We are not liable for transit damages occurring during inbound shipping. We strongly recommend purchasing transit insurance.
- Proper Packaging: Devices must be shipped following our Shipping Guidelines. Damage resulting from inadequate packaging is not covered under any warranty.
- Unclaimed Equipment: Completed repairs must be paid for and claimed within 60 days of invoice date. Unclaimed equipment beyond 60 days may be sold, recycled, or disposed of to recover diagnostic and storage costs.
- Care During Repair: We exercise reasonable care while handling your equipment. However, chip-level repair involves inherent risks (e.g., heat damage to adjacent components), and we are not liable for pre-existing defects that become apparent during the repair process.
5. Payment Terms
- Quote Approval: We will provide a written repair quote (via WhatsApp or email) before beginning any paid work. Repair proceeds only after you approve the quote.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI), UPI payments, and Cash on collection. Payment details will be provided on your invoice.
- Payment Timing: Full payment is required before the repaired device is dispatched back to you.
- Spare Parts Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change based on component availability and market conditions.
- Refunds: Diagnostic fees are non-refundable. For spare parts, refunds or exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
6. Warranty
All repairs performed by ASICREPAIR.in are covered by our Warranty Policy. Key terms include:
- 15-Day Testing Warranty: We provide a 15-day testing warranty on all repairs, covering the specific components repaired or replaced by us.
- Coverage: Warranty covers workmanship defects and failure of components installed by us.
- Exclusions: Physical damage, power surge damage, third-party tampering, and unrelated faults are not covered.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:
- ASICREPAIR.in's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost mining revenue, cryptocurrency value fluctuations, or business downtime.
- We are not liable for the market value of your device if repair is determined to be uneconomical.
- Our services are provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding the restoration of specific hashrate values, power consumption levels, or mining profitability.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on asicrepair.in — including text, graphics, logos, images, blog articles, and software — is the property of ASICREPAIR.in or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.
9. Website Use
- You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You must not use our website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use.
- Account credentials (if applicable) are your responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
- The mining calculator and other tools on our website are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as financial advice.
10. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
